Mission Statement

FINAL - Mission Statement Magnet (2)

What This Means for Us

  1. “Following in Jesus’ footsteps”
At our school, we try to live as Jesus taught us. His example guides the way we treat one another, the choices we make, and the way we live out our faith each day.

  2. “We learn”
We believe every child has the gift of learning. At our school, we work hard, try our best, and enjoy discovering new things. Learning for us means more than just lessons—it is about growing in confidence, in faith, and in skills for life.

  3. “We love”
Love is at the heart of everything we do. We show love by being kind, caring, respectful, and forgiving. At our school, we create a safe and welcoming place where everyone feels valued and supported.

  4. “And grow together”
We know we are on this journey as one community. Children, staff, parents, and parish all share in this mission. We grow not only in knowledge but also in faith and friendship, helping one another to become the people God calls us to be.

Why This Mission Statement Matters

  • It keeps Jesus at the centre of everything we do.

  • It reminds us that education is about the whole person—mind, heart, and spirit.

  • It brings us together as one family, where everyone belongs.

  • It helps us make decisions that reflect our Catholic values.

Reviewed and Renewed

In September 2025, we reviewed and refreshed our mission statement. This was important to us because we want our mission to stay meaningful, relevant, and alive in our school today. By doing this, we have reaffirmed that our purpose is clear: to follow Jesus, and to learn, love, and grow together as one community.
